My story

From my houseto the Super Salon.

I’m Elliott. I started MR L.A from my house in 2018, doing spray tans. This is how it got here.

  1. 2018

    I started mobile tanning and spray tanning from my house: 10% gold, 14% disco, party tans.

  2. 2019

    After adding many more treatments, I rebranded as Mr L.A in June 2019. I got too popular to fit everyone in, so I opened an online shop for people who couldn’t book with me and brought Mr L.A to their doorstep.

  3. 2023

    My first lip gloss, in eighteen shades.

  4. 2024

    Lip oils, in June. I’m on a mission to have the biggest lip oil range in the UK.

  5. Dec 2025

    The Perfume Bar. Nobody had seen one like it.

  6. Feb 2026

    I left my full-time job, got the keys to the HQ and took over the salon on Polegate High Street: the Super Salon. The empire phase.

  7. Aug 2026

    2nd, Best New Salon in England at the HBA 2026.

  8. Now

    The road to £24,000 by December, to fund what comes next.
